Storage Policies & Guidelines

To ensure safe and organized storage for all customers:


Red’s Storage is not responsible for canvas, covers, or tops left on boats, campers, or RVs

Red’s Storage is not responsible for personal belongings left inside stored units

Any unit scheduled for removal prior to May 1 must be disclosed at the time of storage

Additional labor fees may apply for early removal or access



Insurance Requirement

Customers are responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage while their property is in storage, including protection against fire, wind, storm, theft, vandalism, and other potential damage.
